i recieved mail from U.S Department telling me i’m a winner for 2010 and should i pay the fee 150 $ to the US Embassy in the UK London but that was more than 6 months ago :’(

Hi,am a 2010dv lottery winner with case number 2010AF00041070 whom i have paid all my visa fee with my wife from ivory coast and had our interview already since 2010 june july.I came there afterwards and they again told me they would call me since i have been interviewed but still?All my original documents are with the embassy and i want to know what is delaying my calling for the visa.The embassy promise to leave my contact,email and about 7 months now but still?Please if the tension in ivory coast is delaying my calling for the visa then am now teaching in Ghana so kindly send all my documents to the Ghana US embassy.Am a Ghanaian and my wife is an ivorian because the two countries are neghbours and united,for easy verification,Date of birth>29th november 1985,contact 0243859644,please do well to respond to my message as soon as possible through gmail account,contact line because i am very HOT!Debrah Jacob wishes the embassy all the best!
